Betos Mexican Food in Provo

Great food. I recommend the pastor plate & the chorizo plate!

The salsa bar here is AMAZING! The food always hits the spot. We are never disappointed.

I have been to this location at about 630 am a couple of times now. Online they say they open at 5. Each time the open sign was on and flashing as well. Twice now I have sat at the drive through for over 5 minutes. The first time someone noticed me and told me over the mic that the food will not be ready for 1 hour. The second time I just left before anyone noticed me. If food can’t be out until almost 8, then you should open at 8 not 5.

I ordered the Ranchero Breakfast and there was hardly any steak. The cook fixed the problem w/ putting double the meat on my plate. Not only did he fix the problem, but the food was 🔥🔥🔥!

Quick service, cheerful taking the order, clean restroom, and the carne asada fries burrito was great. I'll probably try that with pork next time. Few to many potato's in the breakfast burrito but I'm more picky than most... I'd probably order it without and it would be a perfect portion.Mango salsa is better than the pineapple or tropical and there are quite a few sauces.Limes are wonderful, fresh pineapple tidbits would make it even better.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! I placed an order with this restaurant within a few minutes realized it was the wrong location called back and asked to cancel the order and get a refund because they charge my debit card already due to the Covid they told me there was no manager on duty and they couldn’t refund me my money so I asked when there will be a manager available they said the next morning between 10 and 11 I called back at that time and there was no manager again on duty so I never got my money I never got my food this place is bull,Utah is not allowed to run a business without a manager on duty or someone with that power how are you gonna tell me that there’s never a manager on duty believe me I will be walking in there today with my kids and I will be getting on my refund

I had the fish tacos meal and OMIGOSH it was so delicious!!! Truly awesome authentic good quality home made MEXICAN food! The price for the meal is completely justified and reasonable at $10 something, because of the high standard of quality and quantity. You get about a pound and a half or more of food!!! Spread the word!!! Best MEXICAN food in all of Provo, quite possibly Utah County!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇳🇿

Beef and chicken tacos tasted like the meat was rotten. I'd avoid this location. I have better luck with the one in Orem.

This is my favorite fast food place of all time. It's the best mexican fast food you can possibly find. Very authentic and not overpriced.

My friend and I both got sick the night we ate here, both had the same symptoms of food poisoning. IDK why I decided to eat here again but I've been sick after eating here one other time a few years ago. Also the lady who took our order is pretty slow and you have to repeat things over and over to make clear what you want. I think she got irritated because we couldn't get her to take our order correctly. Also the food is so overpriced, and seriously mediocre. It's about $9-10 for a quesadilla. It used to be almost half the price a few years ago. It's about $9 for a breakfast burrito with mostly potatoes they add for cheap filler. Also I asked for just a shredded beef and cheddar cheese quesadilla and they put a million other things in it, how hard is it to just put meat, and cheese, after specifically asking for it? RIP

Taco meat is still frozen and hair in food. Also charged me for extra sour cream and I didn’t even get it

Used to be better. For the same money, you can get more, and fresher food elsewhere.

this betos here of provo is the only one that the food is fresh an incredible taste clean clean very friendly staff and above all I understand everything I always ask for delicious

Favorite breakfast place for burritos in Utah. Burritos after huge and always taste great! Mine had a little more potatoes than meet this time, but was still delicious!

I usually love the shrimp breakfast burritos, but this morning, Feb. 11th about 7:30am, my burrito had egg shells all through it. I kept trying to enjoy it, but I just kept getting egg shells and I'm talking big pieces. It's sad, but I may not be back for awhile. It was so disappointing...

Customer service has yet to be met. Every time I order it is the opposite. Love going to beto's you're better off going to Springville. This place has had problems for at least a year. Don't know if it's the young kids they hire at the front, but they don't care. If you ever been to the beto's in Springville you'll love it. At least I smile at you. Don't take my word for it look at the rest of the reviews. Looks like I'm not the only one. This place is a joke.

Such awful customer service by a colored blond. She had such a bad attitude towards me when I asked to add a drink to my order.

Fantastic customer service. They are so kind, helpful and patient every time. The quality of the food is consistently phenomenal, and you get a LOT for your cash. Great job Beto's!

Such good food, I love the breakfast burrito.

Only gotten the breakfast burrito at this place. And everytime it's outstanding. Eggs,potatoes, cheese, and your voice of one meat or all of em. Delicious everytime. Don't forget to grab some sauce; the green, red, or avacado are a must! Pretty quick service as well. You really can't go wrong. Maybe one of these days I'll grab something else of the menu.

I have worked in fast food for years, so I get that customers can be absolute nightmares. However, we very nicely asked the girl at the window if it was too late to add a burrito to our order. She glared at us and shut the window without saying anything. She came back and gave us the food. We said sorry for any inconvenience and she shut the window on us mid sentence again. Don't treat people like that. It's unbelievably unprofessional. Sadly I'm not coming to this location ever again. I felt terrible after this.

Love this place huge portions

It's usually good at this store, some of the salsas are hit or miss. But there's a large selection of them. Just had the best food I've ever had at betos here.

We asked for the .99 cent quesadillas multiple times in the drive thru and when we pulled up they told us they were going to be $5 each. We had 2 orders and when we tried to cancel the 2nd one, they said they were already made so we couldn’t. Why didn’t they say they didn’t have the $1 quesadillas if they didn’t have them instead of charging us for normal priced ones? Poor customer service, said they were already made but still took 10 minutes to give to us. Go to the one in Heber.

Their online menu prices are extremely inaccurate. The price says $7.29 for enchiladas and I ordered two things of enchiladas and when I came to pick it up I was charged $22. What? When I asked about it the lady just pretended to act like she didn’t know what I was saying. Which was extremely annoying. And the food is very mediocre. This place is way overhyped. Not worth it. Go somewhere else.

My girlfriend and I love getting the breakfast burritos here, they are super filling and taste great. I have tried a couple of other items but they are all outshined by the breakfast items,which is kind of disappointing for a Mexican place. Still a great spot though!

Very good! I go out of my way to eat at this location! Staff is friendly and know English (makes ordering easier) and they help you change your burrito and add different ingredients if you want. Ex. I added potatoes to my Monterey burrito... Best burrito I've ever had! My new favorite! Also, their salsa bar is hands down the best I've had in Utah! And I've been to A LOT of Mexican restaurants!
